Premier Stables: Specifications

• All framing and cladding is European or Baltic redwood and all framing and cladding is pressure impregnated with Wolmanit CX-10 for a long and durable life and is safe for animals  

• Framing 75mm x 50mm planed redwood

• Cladding ex 125mm x 19mm shiplap tongue and groove

• Roof purlins 100mm x 47mm set at 600mm centres

• Underlined 1.2m front canopy with shiplap tongue and groove

• Black Onduline roof (other colours available at an extra cost) with Plastisol coated steel ridge caps and barge boards.  Plastisol coated steel box section roof available at additional cost with a choice of colours and with Dripstop (fleece lining)

• Black upvc guttering on front and rear of building

• 18mm moisture resistant Sterling board to 1.2m high or 12mm best ply kick board available at extra cost

• One side of dividing walls lined to eaves height

• Windows are available at extra cost

• One translucent roof sheet is included per stable should you require

• Top and bottom stable doors are lined with 12mm exterior grade ply with a  galvanised anti-chew strip across the top of the bottom stable door.  All fittings are galvanised.  Doors including frames are 1.2m wide, 1.2m high (bottom door), overall 2.1m high

• Tack rooms do not include kick boarding and the tack room doors are not ply lined.  Both are available at an extra cost

• Eaves height 2.36m on single brick damp course

• Apex height 3m approx.

• The measurements given are external and all sizes are nominal

• All timber sourced from our suppliers is FSC certified
